Lighthouses capture our attention, whether seen from land or sea. In this program, John Wagner shows how he photographs them from another viewpoint – the sky. He will describe his project, begun in 1986, of photographing all of Michigan’s lighthouses – operating his camera with his right hand while flying his Cessna 172 with his left hand. He also will autograph copies of his large pictorial book “Michigan
Lighthouses, An Aerial Photographic Perspective.” His website is www.michiganlighthouse.com.
